- Long Fin Eels hide most off the time in the day then lunge out at their prey.
- The Long fin Eel has teeth going backwards.
- At night they can go on land.
- The short fin Eels eat crabs.
- The short fin Eels live by the coast that is why they eat crabs.
- You can rip out an Eels ear bone to see how old It is by the lines.
- You have to kill the Eel to see how old it is.
- All Eels go to toga to breed.
This is an 2m long Eel that he caught in lake Ellesmere
